SERVICE CHARGE POLICY

 A non-refundable service charge is required when submitting a device for repair. This charge covers the cost of diagnosing and assessing your device.

• The service charge will be deducted from the repair cost if your device is repairable.
• If your device is deemed beyond repair or you choose not to proceed with the repair, the service charge will not be refunded.

ITEM COLLECTION

All items repaired or unrepaired must be collected within 90 days of notification, failure to collect your devices within this period will result in the item being auctioned to recover the repair cost.

• Correct Address: Double-checking for any errors.
• Fragile Stickers: Alerts handlers to be extra cautious.
